What is Posture?

The way you position your body while standing, sitting, or moving. It’s how your bones, muscles, and joints align to support your body in different activities.

What it is: When a child’s shoulders hunch forward, their head droops, and their back rounds into a "C" shape.

How It Happens: Constantly looking down at books, or phones, carrying backpacks incorrectly, or sitting without proper back support.

Where It Happens: While using phones (text neck), sitting improperly at desks or soft chairs, and carrying backpacks incorrectly.

What It Causes: Back and neck pain, reduced lung capacity due to chest compression.
